Alicia Russell joined Boyden in 2006 and has more than ten years of executive search experience recruiting senior-level executives for diverse industries and disciplines. She focuses on professional services clients, including consulting, public accounting, legal and financial, and also works with the firm’s energy and manufacturing clients. Her prior search experience includes a Houston-based boutique search firm and one of the world’s largest recruiting firms.

Ms. Russell began her executive search career after teaching children with special needs in Iowa. She was also a career consultant.

Ms. Russell has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education from the University of Iowa. She is a former Area Governor for Toastmasters International.
