Antonio Sanchez joined Boyden in 1990. From 1984 to 1990, he was a senior marketing executive for Unilever Colombia. He has a depth of recruiting experience that includes all industries segments and a broad range of functions.

Antonio’s experience by industry includes consumer goods, healthcare, industrial products, energy, telecommunications, and financial services. He has recruited for senior positions ranging from general management, operations, marketing and sales through to specialized technical functions.

A substantial portion of his work has been conducted on behalf of foreign companies with operations in Colombia and also manages search assignments for local clients seeking key executives. Mr. Sanchez holds a BS degree in Economics from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. Recently, Antonio had the opportunity to develop and participate in the Boyden - Kellogg Advance Consulting Program School of Management at North Western University.

He is often a speaker on topics changing from organizational development to management of flexible compensation and trends on marketing managers, and also served as visiting professor and guest lecturer to many local universities and institutions.
