Arlene joined Boyden in 2003 and has been in the executive search industry since 1999. Currently a Senior Consultant with the Singapore office, she recruits senior professionals for clients in the Banking industry specializing in private banking and consumer banking.

Since joining the search industry, Arlene has established a track record in the recruitment of senior executives in the banking industry across all functional areas such as front office sales, middle office & back office operations, finance, legal and support.

Arlene started her career in the executive search industry with a US-based global firm where she was the Consultant, Banking & Financial Practice. In addition, she also managed clients in industries such as FMCG, Telecommunications and Manufacturing. Prior to this, she was a Research Consultant responsible for research functions across industries with a focus on the banking industry. Her assignments included management-level recruitment for retail, private and investment banks, as well as executive professionals for, MNCs, large local organizations, government bodies and startups across industries in Singapore and the Asian region.

Arlene graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelors Degree in Arts and Social Sciences. She also holds a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management.
