Dinesh Arya is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, in Mumbai. He has over 30 years of rich experience in the manufacturing sector. He has contributed significantly to the machine tools, packaging, and toolroom industry, and pioneered the introduction of spark erosion, and CNC wirecut machines in India. His key competence lies in Marketing, Manufacturing and General Management, and his last assignment was as an interim CEO of an engineering company in Pune.

He has been a consultant in organization restructuring using tools like the Balanced Scorecard. He has been a visiting faculty for MBA programs in Pune and Mumbai on subjects like industrial marketing and strategic management. He has lived and worked in Mumbai, Pune, and abroad, in his career.

Dinesh is the Industries Practice Group Leader for Boyden India located in Pune, a major Manufacturing hub.
