Bertrand Foujols started his professional career in 1977 as Controller at the Saint Gobain Group. He later became an Analyst in the Information System Department and gained Human Resources responsibilities as Personnel Management before becoming Head of Human Resources of the European branch of Abrasives.

From 1994 to 2001, Foujols took over different General Manager positions in Luxembourg and France for the Abrasives Operations of the Flat Glass Division.

He also acted as an Interim Manager with Boyden in a restructuring assignment from 2002 to the end of 2003.

From there he took over the General Management position of a Company specializing in pharmaceutical packaging and later became the General Manager of specializing in POS for Cosmetics and Luxury.

Foujols joined Boyden early in 2009, in order to strengthen the development of the Interim Management practice in France.

Bertrand Foujols is vastly skilled in Management skills of different industrial cultures. He finalized different corporate restructuring plans, merged subsidiaries, reduced management costs, launched new products, set up people reviews and benefits packages.

Training

A graduate of IFG & ISTT (Lyon-France), Bertrand Foujols took part in training programs in Human Resources (HEC) and Marketing (ESSEC).
