Mrs. Woolcott is Manager of Boyden Peru’s office since May 2003 where she specializes in the search and selection of executive talent for top and middle management levels.

She began her career in 1996 at a leading international search firm in Peru, where she was Researcher, Research Associate and Head of Research. Later on she became Consultant at two other reknown search firms, where she executed searches and specialized research for corporate clients from the telecommunications, technology, energy, consumer goods, banking, fishing and financial services industries.  

Carla Woolcott holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Lima.
