Charlotte joined the Brussels office of Boyden in January 1990, as a Senior Consultant.

She has over 15 years experience in executive search. She holds a Law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) and started her professional career as a lawyer in the Cabinet of the Belgian Minister of Public Works. In 1986, she joined CEGOS, the European Consulting Group, where she started to handle search and selection assignments as a Consultant. She rapidly became Senior Consultant and specialized in executive search.

After 4 years, she joined Boyden. Since 1990, she has led numerous searches for Top and Middle Management positions including: General Management; Business Unit Management; Marketing; Sales; Communication; Legal; Human Resources.

She works across a wide range of industries such as:Consumer goods; Construction; Telecom; Services; Life Sciences.

She speaks French, English and Dutch.
