Cyd is a Managing Director in the Detroit office of Boyden Global Executive Search.  Cyd joined Boyden in 2001 bringng to the firm a diverse background that included experience in technology, banking and retail.  Prior to entering executive search, Cyd was Vice President, Business Process Improvement for National TechTeam, a provider of comprehensive knowledge-based support solutions.  She has also held various positions with technology organizations, including IBM/ROLM Company and was engaged in bond portfolio management with First of America Bank Corporation. 

Cyd's search experience has included many President and C-level positions for a variety of for-profit industries.  She has also completed numerous searches for not-for-profit organizations with an emphasis on Executive Director, President and Vice President of Development positions.

Cyd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College, Albion, Michigan.  She is also a member of the Visiting Committee for Albion's Gerstacker Institute for Professional Management, the Detroit Regional Chamber, the Grand Rapids Chamber, the Art and Architechture Committee at the Detroit Athletic Club and the Administrative Committee for Solid Ground Homeless Shelter.
