David W. Gallagher is the Global Consumer Products/ Retail Practice Leader at Boyden and a member of the Board of Director Practice. Mr. Gallagher is a member of Boyden World Corporation’s Board of Directors and currently serves on the Nominations and Governance Committee.

Previously, he was Managing Partner of Lamalie Associates' Atlanta, Tampa and London offices, Global Consumer Products Practice Leader and a member of the firm's Board of Directors. With more than 25 years experience as a general manager, consultant and senior partner, Mr. Gallagher focuses on finding senior-level executives for a diverse array of domestic and international clients.

Active in executive search since 1990, Mr. Gallagher's recruiting experience spans most aspects of the consumer products, food service, hospitality, leisure, retail, and entertainment industries. A significant part of Mr. Gallagher's practice is internationally focused and often includes managing multi-country assignments for clients ranging from emerging growth enterprises to Fortune 100 corporations. Specific assignments include board members, chief executive officers, chief operating officers and senior executives across all functional areas including general management, marketing, sales, finance, human resources and development.

Prior to executive search, Mr. Gallagher was Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Coca-Cola Fountain Division and Vice President, Sales, Pepsi Cola Company. He served as a Board Member of the International Food Service Manufacturers Association. He is a Board Member of the Vinings Club. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Charleston and served in the United States Army in Southeast Asia as a Company Commander.
