Charles has been a part of the Boyden Paris team since January 1999 starting as a Practice Leader.

He has over 15 years experience in executive search, including 10 years of international industrial groups.

Prior to Boyden, Charles was the Division General Manager for CGI as well as ran his own executive search company for 12 years in Paris
