Dennis founded our office in 1981. He has worked closely with clients throughout the years successfully completing searches for Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Vice Presidents of Finance, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Operations, etc. He has conducted senior level searches in many different industries including Manufacturing, Banking, Automotive, Staffing, Healthcare, Real Estate, Foundations, Education, Food, Family Office, Consulting, Transportation, etc.

Dennis graduated from the University of Detroit College of Commerce and Finance, Summa Cum Laude, and also received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit. Prior to launching his career in executive search, Dennis was in the food industry in managerial positions. His last position in the food industry was President of Vlasic Foods in West Bloomfield, Michigan.

Dennis has served on numerous boards in both the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors including Henry Ford Health System, Health Alliance Plan HMO, Robertson Brothers residential developers, Mercy College, University of Detroit Jesuit High School and Lourdes Dominican Healthcare Board for their senior citizen campus.
