Dinesh Mirchandani is President of Boyden India, and a Partner of Boyden World Corporation since 1994. From 2000 to 2008 he was Regional Director for Asia-Pacific, on the global Board of Directors of Boyden World Corp. He has over 15 years of high level multi-specialty search experience across various industry domains and functional roles both local and offshore.

Prior to joining Boyden in 1994, he was a Principal Software Engineer with Digital Equipment Corp, for 10 years, and made critical contributions in the field of distributed computing and software quality. Having lived in the US for over a decade, he has a unique understanding of both Indian and Western business cultures, which has helped him serve his MNC clients better.

He has been nominated as one of the 50 most influential headhunters in the world by BusinessWeek Online.

Dinesh holds a BE (Honors) in Electrical Engineering from BITS Pilani, India, an MS in Computer Science from NC State University and an MBA (High Honors) in General Management from Boston University. He is a graduate of the Boyden-Kellogg Advanced Leadership Program, and a member of Upsilon Pi Epsilon and Beta Gamma Sigma.
