Andreas was a Managing Partner of Boyden International Recruiting GmbH for 10 years. Since 2009 he is a Partner of Boyden International GmbH and works as a generalist in different industries.

Prior to joining Boyden, he was a Partner with another executive search firm. Previously, he was a Director and Member of the Board of McCann-Erickson Frankfurt. Earlier, he was an Executive Vice President of Techem, responsible for marketing and sales worldwide.

He served as a Management Supervisor at Young & Rubicam/Cato Johnson. He also served as a Product Manager at Birkel and Berliner Kindl Brewery, gathering experience in the branded packaged goods industry.

Andreas has a Diploma (MBA) and PhD from Freie Universität Berlin. He has been a part-time professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden since 1998.
