Elisabeth Straub joined Boyden in 2007 as an Associate Partner. She is working as a generalist with focus on C-Level positions in various industries, such as Sports, Industries, Retail and Insurance.

Elisabeth Straub started her career in various leading hotels where she also gained her first management experience. After executive assistant employments in international companies in the Services and IT sector, she joined an executive search firm in Zurich and for five years she was responsible for the office management and worked as a Research Associate, with focus on the IT and Financial Services Industries.

From 1992 to 2000, Elisabeth worked with another placement company in Zurich as a Senior Consultant and Deputy Managing Director. In 1994 she was appointed Managing Director of this company and developed it to be the top firm in its segment.

In 2001 she joined another firm as an Assignment Manager in the Information Technology Practice. In addition to this role, she was responsible for their Human Resources Management.

From 2002 until 2007 Elisabeth worked as a Senior Consultant where she was mainly working as a generalist (functional positions across all industries) with a specific focus on Sports Associations, Industries, Retail and Insurance.

She was brought up in Huttwil, BE. She gained her Higher Commercial Diploma in La Neuveville followed by language studies abroad. Over several years she attended courses in Graphology and Physiognomies.
