Fernando Neves de Almeida, is the Senior Partner of the Lisbon Office
since 1998.

He has a Master degree in Management at Universidade Católica
Portuguesa and a degree in Human Resources Management and Work Psychology at ISLA. He also has a degree in Hotel Management at Universidade Internacional.

He initially began his career as a Salesman of industrial products, then Sales Manager and also a Marketing Manager of an industrial company. He later performed the General manager position of Computer Technology Company.

In 1990 he established Neves de Almeida Consultants, Lda, a group of consulting companies, where he retains the position of Non Executive President.

He is a university professor and author of management and psychology books. He has also authored several articles in the Management Area in several newspapers and magazines, with permanent collaboration with one of the leading business daily Portuguese newspapers and a weekly
generalist newspaper.

He is the author of the following books:
