Industrial Civil Engineer graduated in Universidad de Chile. 34 years of experience in national and multinational companies of forestry, industrial, telecommunications, metal works and management consultancy.

He has been an executive in Empresas CMPC S.A. (major Chilean producer of pulp, paper and paper by-products) during 16 years as Process Engineer, Production Superintendent, Head of Project and Commercial Manager Paper Products Business Unit; Teknos Comunicaciones S.A. (telecommunications engineering and equipment supplier) during 4 years as Finance and Administration Manager; Ferrocast S.A. (metal works company that produced and represented suppliers from Canada in spares and wear parts for the mining industry) during 5 years as General Manager. Then he joined Empresas Terranova S.A. (3rd forest industrial company in Chile) during 4 years, as Operations Manager and General Manager of the branch Fibranova S.A., important manufacturer of MDF (wood based panels) with strong development business and presence in Asian, North, Central and South American markets.

In 1999 he joined Allot S.A. as Consultant, starting with the Management Development Programs of Leadership Management International Inc., and executive and professionals search. On February 2003 he joined the Boyden Team as Senior Consultant, in executive search oriented towards industrial practice, working mainly for chemical, mining and mining suppliers multinational companies.
