Fiona is based in Johannesburg and is the General Manager of the South African office. She was the Information and Technology Manager with Jupiter Executive Search for 6 years before its incorporation into the Boyden stable in June 2005.

Fiona also has 2 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Sector, focusing on the management and organisation of information and the development of electronic databases.

Fiona currently runs the Information and Knowledge Management function for the practice and manages the Research and Admininstration teams.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Industrial Psychology from Rhodes University and an Honours in Information Science degree from the University of South Africa.
