Florence leads the financial services and real estate practice group at Boyden Paris, with a focus on investment banking, asset management, corporate finance, private equity, real estate finance, and insurance.
She has enjoyed much success in the executive search industry, including a partnership in the finance practice of the Paris office for another major international executive search firm. Capitalizing on her operational experience in a broad range of sectors, she has successfully completed assignments for a variety of functions at the highest executive and management levels.
Prior to her executive search tenure, Florence held top management positions in investment banking with Caisse, des depots (CDC) then IXIS-CIB. She started as a Bond Portfolio Manager then Head of Interest Rate Derivative Products. As Director of Research and Development for Caisse Autonome de Refinancement (a subsidiary of CDC), she led securitization, quant research modeling, complex product evaluation and hedging. She was subsequently appointed by CDC to set up their structured and syndicated financing business, and in 2000 was promoted to Managing Director for Financing Activities and member of the Executive Board of IXIS-CIB.
A graduate of French Graduate School of Statistics and Economic Sciences (ENSAE), Florence earned a Master’s Degree in international finance from HEC-ISA. She also holds a Diploma from the Institute of French Actuaries and a higher diploma in Financial Analysis from French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF). She is a member of the Supervisory Board of Argan (a listed real estate property company), and of the “Women in Real Estate” Association.
