Paulina Georgieva holds master's degree in History and post-graduate qualification in Business Administration.

Paulina Georgieva is a Billing Associate in Boyden since 2007. She joined BWC after five years of executive search experience in Taurus Consultants. Her carrier started as a consultant and subsequently reached the position of Managing Director. The projects successfully led by Paulina are spread among the financial, FMCG, advertising, media industries as well as manufacturing.

Her previous experience comprises five years of in-dept knowledge and analysis of the Bulgarian media, advertising and PR sectors, leveraged in the authorship of more than 100 articles while holding the position of Editor in The Capital weekly, part of the
Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt.

Paulina Georgieva's professional experience began in the New Bulgarian
University Public Relations Department where she grew to the position of Executive Director of the New Bulgarian University’s Postgraduate School.

She is a member of the Bulgarian HR Management and Development
Association and of the Public Council for Self-Regulation.
