Mr. Gregg has joined Boyden as part of the founding team of the firm’s “Americas Desk” presence and is currently Managing Director for the Miami, Florida based practice. 

He brings over 20 years of experience in executive search and human resources practices, as well as direct domestic and international senior management experience with AT&T and ACE Insurance Company.  Though born in the U.S. Midwest, Mr. Gregg is fluent in Spanish and completely multicultural, providing a wealth of diverse experience supporting both U.S. domestic Hispanic-Latino growth initiatives, in addition to international engagements throughout North, Central and South America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.  

Mr. Gregg’s career has evolved from a strong telecommunications and financial services focus early on, to a broader general business and human capital perspective.  Deep experience in business development in domestic and international settings, coupled with recognized expertise in bridging corporate and international requirements and cultures, have given Mr. Gregg the ability to rapidly understand and add strategic value in multiple business situations. Mr. Gregg’s experience allows him to focus on Board Development, Financial and Insurance Services, Consumer Products and Services, Energy, Hospitality, Telecommunications, Maritime Services and all strategic C-Level requirements.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gregg has had an active public life in professional associations and is often sought out as a multicultural expert regarding the U.S. Hispanic-Latino markets, International business integration, as well as leadership consulting for high performance teams.  

Mr. Gregg holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Sociology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Jacksonville University.
