Joachim Sauter is the Managing Director of the Boyden Prague office. 

He founded Sauter Consulting in the Czech and Slovak Republic with a focus on executive search towards managerial positions. He has served international companies in developing their businesses in Central Eastern Europe.

Prior to search, his professional career began with the Salamander AG in Retail management  in Germany. Then he worked as an External Project Manager for Mercedes Benz in the UK. He has also worked as a General and Turnaround Manager for an Automotive Tier 2 supplier in the Czech Republic.

Joachim holds a Diploma Betriebswirt, from the Fachhochschule in Wuerzburg, Germany; a Diploma in Management Studies from the Portsmouth Polytechnic, UK; and an MBA from the Ecole des Affaires de Europeane, Paris, France. He is also a certified Management Trainer & Coach.

Joachim is fluent in English, German and Czech.
