John joined Boyden Financial in 2006. He leads the Capital Markets practice and has over 9 years successful experience completing mandated assignments for clients at senior Managing Director level downwards. Prior to becoming a Search Consultant in 1997 John spent the previous 14 years in Fixed Income trading and sales, many of which were also spent as an active hiring manager. He is a graduate of St. Edmund Hall, Oxford.

John specialises in Derivatives and cash appointments in sales, trading, structuring and research within Equity, Credit, Distressed Debt, Leveraged Finance, Rates, and FX. John's client focus is on investment banks and asset management companies.
