Jules is based in Johannesburg, South Africa and is the Managing Director of the South African office. He was Managing Director of Jupiter Executive Search, which has been in operation in South Africa for 10 years and which became part of the Boyden stable in June 2005.

He has been in Executive Search for 8 years and has experience across a wide range of industries and functions, including, Pharmaceutical, Mining, Financial Services, Media, FMCG, Manufacturing and Medical.

Prior to being in Executive Search, Jules had several years of experience in the Management Consulting field, specifically in the areas of Marketing and Corporate Strategy and was also the Regional Marketing Manager of a leading financial institution.

Jules started his career as a Geologist in the Mining and Mineral Exploration field and has extensive mining experience in both South Africa and Australia.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Geology from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and a Masters in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business (UCT).
