Julia Nikitina joined Boyden as the Managing Partner of the St. Petersburg office in 1998. Since 2006, she manages all Boyden’s operation in Russia. Julia possesses extensive experience in the executive search business. Her professional expertise is mainly focused on Finance and Banking, Industrial, FMCG and IT & Telecom areas. She has successful track records of conducting senior level executive searches for leading local and multinational companies. Julia is a member of Boyden global Financial and Human Resources practice groups.
Prior to joining Boyden, in 1993 Julia founded Laum Consulting, one of the first Russian recruiting companies. Working in the Russian job market from its very formation, Julia has become a recognized expert in management, organizational development, and HR-related matters. Her articles on the professional topics are published in the leading business magazines and newspapers in Russia.
Julia sits on the Executive Committee of the St. Petersburg American Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Strategic projects Committee under the St. Petersburg City Administration. At the seminars organized by the City Government for foreign investors, Julia speaks on labor market issues.
Julia has a BA and MA from the St. Petersburg University; in 1989 - 1993 she received an extensive training within the Moscow Methodology Association as an organization development consultant.
