Nafisa has over 12 years of work experience, including 7 years in another search firm where she built the Pharmaceutical Industry practice from zero base and ran it successfully as a profit center. Her remaining work experience was in Sales & Marketing in the durables industry.

Nafisa has excellent high level connections with key decision makers of many large Pharmaceutical companies in India. She has filled several senior level positions across the industry in her career and enjoys the trust and respect of a large number of professionals in this industry.

Nafisa holds an MBA from NMIMS, a leading Business School in Mumbai, and a BA in Sociology from Mumbai University.
