Holly joined Boyden Korea as Executive Director in late 2003 and is focusing in the FMCG, Life Sciences and IT industries for the executive search practice.

Prior to joining Boyden, Holly was General Manager for Templar Consultants, an executive search division of Adecco Korea. Previously, she served as Managing Partner for a finance outsourcing company dealing with multinational clients in Korea. Preceding this position, she was Managing Director for Inter Link, an incubation business center, for 5 successful years. Prior to Inter Link, Holly spent over 10 years with multinational pharmaceutical companies in Regulatory Affairs in Toronto Canada. She also held a post as an Executive Director for Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Korea as well.

Holly graduated from University of Toronto with a BSc. Degree.
