Jill MacLeod has a broad-based and distinctive background in executive search and career coaching. As a “coach” for her clients she assists in a number of areas that are critical to any hiring process. In her practice, Jill consistently applies her experience in executive search as well as her career coaching skills in order to significantly impact the retention of executives in organizations and align individuals with careers that they are suited to and passionate about.
Jill’s industry exposure has been broad and her clients include organizations in all areas of manufacturing & distribution, electronics, technology and professional services. Jill has worked with several international clients on an ongoing basis including Lafarge Group, Mercer Delta, Ernst & Young and DSC Electronics (Tyco) where she has assisted them with a wide range of executive recruiting initiatives, management evaluation, succession planning and coaching initiatives. Over the past number of years she has been actively engaged placing Presidents, General Managers, Partners, VP’s of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Operations, Finance, Labour Relations and Safety.
Jill has been an active member of the executive search industry over the past 20 years and has been affiliated with several international search firms. ). Prior to joining Boyden Global Search she managed he her own successful executive search practice working with clients and individuals in the areas of recruitment and coaching. Jill holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Waterloo, and is certified with the Myers Briggs Personality Inventory, Firo-B and is also trained in Leadership and Management Assessment techniques from the Management Research Group, Portland Maine.
