Marie-Paule is a Principal of our firm and is responsible for the management of global client relationships, the execution of candidate development strategies and activities that support talent development objectives. Her industry experience includes specialty chemicals, industrial manufacturing and healthcare and medical devices providers. She has successfully recruited C-level and functional heads for US and foreign-based multinationals.

Prior to joining our firm, she was a senior consultant with a boutique executive search firm where she was responsible for business development and client delivery. Her previous experience includes over seven years of executive recruiting experience, coupled with board international working experience as a sales executive in London and Brussels. She also owned her own consultancy practice on European Union integration and was regularly featured in business publications.

Marie-Paule is a graduate linguist and a certified teacher. She is a Belgian native, bilingual French and English, with a good knowledge of Spanish, Dutch and German. She lives in New Jersey with her family and volunteers with the local YMCA and local chapter of Dress for Success, a charity that helps under-privileged women re-enter the workforce.
