Before joining Boyden Interim Management, Norbert Eisenberg founded two interim management companies and developed each of them to the position of market leader.

His name stands for successful turnaround and restructuring projects, assignments associated with acquisition and selling of companies, and he has ample experience in working for private equity firms. Norbert Eisenberg is Managing Partner of Boyden Interim Management and Partner of Boyden World Corporation.

He started his career with Deutsche Finanzierungsgesellschaft für Beteiligungen in Entwicklungsländern (DEG) as Consultant for portfolio companies and Investment Manager. Afterwards he was Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Company and especially assigned with strategy and restructuring projects, before he moved to a Venture Capital company. He is one of the pioneers of interim management in Germany.
