Daniela Ossikovska holds master degrees in Economics and Organizational Psychology as well as post-graduate qualifications in HR management, marketing and general management in Austria and the United States. Certified business mediator. Daniela is included in the UN Best Business Women gallery.

Before joining Boyden in 2007 she was the founder and Managing Director of TAURUS Consultants for five years – an independent executive search and consulting company. Previously her career comprises General Manager positions ( as a Managing Partner ) in Interpartners Bulgaria, Lowe Lintas Swing Communications, Media Club/Initiative Media – all of them Bulgarian offices of international corporations for marketing communications and media services. Her professional portfolio includes also a number of free lance consulting projects for state institutions and private companies funded by EU PHARE, EBRD and World Bank. Daniela’s carrier started in 1989 as a researcher in the Institute of Ecology of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

Chairwoman of the Public Council for Self-Regulation, member of the Managing Board of the Association of Advertising Agencies Bulgaria, membership in the Bulgarian HR Management and Development Association, Bulgarian Marketing Association, IPRA Bulgaria and IAA Bulgaria.
