Palvindar Singh is a Principal in the Energy, Utilities and Chemicals practices. He has a strong track record recruiting across the full spectrum of petroleum value chain, including oil & gas companies, petrochemical producers, utilities, energy traders, marketers and retailers, and regulatory authorities across Southeast Asia.

Palvindar has over 20 years of experience working within the Energy and Utilities industry. He has consulted extensively for the industry across the Asia Pacific region and has a good understanding of the strategic direction and challenges faced by many of the firms operating in the space, including the role of technology in providing them with a competitive advantage.

Palvindar started his career at Arthur D. Little before assuming leadership positions in the Energy & Utilities practices at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.  Prior to joining Boyden in 2007, Palvindar served as the Energy & Utilities Practice Leader at IBM Business Consulting Services across ASEAN/South Asia, where in addition to strategy, business and regulatory consulting, he also lead the practice in directing, managing and implementing technology/IT solutions specific to the energy and utilities industry.
