Mr. Amicarelli joined Boyden in 1995. He has built his career entirely in the human resources area starting in 1973 in Montefibre and then in Supermercati Generali and 3M Italy.

In 1986, he joined Johnson Wax as Personnel Manager to 3 years later become Human Resources & Public Affairs Director.

His last position was Euro Human Resources Director responsible for the personnel function in the area including Italy, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria and Slovenia.

Mr. Amicarelli is graduated in Philosophy from the Genoa University.
