Pasi joined Boyden Finland when the company was founded in 1988. He has been working in executive search over 25 years. Before entering the  search business Pasi served from 1978 to 1982 with Hankkija, at the time one of the largest companies in Finland. He was in charge of  IT and later logistics of one the divisions.

In 1982, Pasi became an Executive Search Consultant for JL Consultants. He started with IT area searches but developed to a generalist during the years. In 1988, he established Boyden Finland. Presently, Pasi is a generalist but works a lot with technology, finance, services and branded products. He is also a member of Boyden’s board search specialty practice.

Pasi has a B.S.c in Economics from the University of Uppsala in Sweden (1978) and before that a degree in marketing from a Finnish commercial institute. He has been a member of LJK, the Finnish Management Consultants since 1986. He was also a board member of the association  for several years.
 
Pasi Koivusaari served as Board Member of the Boyden World Corporation from 2001 to 2005 and as the Chairman of the company for two years from 2005 to 2007.
