Ross Blanchard is a Managing Director in Boyden's San Francisco office and is a member of the firm's Hospitality/Restaurant and Consumer practices. With more than 15 years of Executive Search experience and 15 years as a Senior Human Resources executive in three Fortune 50 companies, he functionally concentrates on C-Level positions.

After returning from Vietnam as a Marine Captain, Ross began his business career at Johnson & Johnson in Human Resources function. Subsequently, he held a variety of senior Human Resource management positions at other top consumer products companies including Frito-Lay and PepsiCo International. He also served as Vice President of Administration for the Consumer Products Group at Atari, Inc., a division of Warner Communications.

Ross then transitioned to the executive search industry, first as Vice President of Executive Placement at Charles Schwab & Company and then working at a search firm in Silicon Valley. After running his own boutique search practice, he joined Boyden.
