Sachin has been with Boyden in Bangalore since 2001. He has executed senior level searches in various industries including Manufacturing, Consumer, and Information Technology.

Prior to joining Boyden, he was heading the Pune centre of another recruitment firm. He has been in the recruitment field since 1995. He has the advantage of having worked in various locations in India: Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Pune, which gives him a Pan-India outlook.

He has an MBA from Madras University and a BE in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
