Serge Goffin joined Boyden in May 2008 as Senior Consultant for the Luxembourg & Brussels offices.

With more than 20 years experience in executive management positions within ICT services and consultancy firms at European level, Serge focuses on searches for senior level executives.

Serge has acquired a profound knowledge of strategic business development, key account management, sales and marketing management as well as ICT and business consulting for major financial services institutions in the BeNeLux.

Prior to joining Boyden, Serge was Associate Partner with IBM Global Services, responsible for the strategy, business development and practice build up of the business consulting activities for the financial sector in Luxembourg.

Before that, he was Global Account Manager at Sungard Software Systems Europe in charge of the European sales management for leading financial institutions in BeNeLux (Fortis, KBC, Dexia).

Previous leadership roles included sales and marketing management at Comparex and Nortel.

In 2000 Serge was appointed Managing Director of Fujitsu Consulting Belgium & Luxembourg before moving on to a Vice President Global Alliance with Fujitsu Consulting Inc, USA.

He holds a Master Degree in Civil Engineering (ULB, 1985).  He is also co-founder of an ICT start up in (2004) and has served a number of executive and supervisory boards in Belgium and Luxembourg companies.

He is fluent in French, English and Dutch.
