Roger has been living in Hungary since 1991 and has been with Boyden since 1998. He is the Managing Partner of the successful Budapest office and also conducts search in other parts of southeast Europe.

His career began in the UK as an accountant with Johnson Wax. Thereafter he spent 11 years with Unilever in London, Kenya and Ireland. In 1991 he joined DHL as Country Manager for Hungary where he confirmed his credentials in rapid business development and the management of testing joint ventures. In 1995 he became Central & Eastern European Regional Director for Hasbro.

Roger has served for three years as the Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce and was one of the founding members of the Prince of Wales' Business Leaders Forum in Hungary.
