Tatiana Kuznetsova is the Managing Partner of Boyden Moscow office.
Prior to entering Boyden, Tatiana was running her own firm, BPO Executive Search & Consulting, founded in 1999. This was a Moscow-based generalist executive search firm. For over six years Tatiana Kuznetsova has been building her company track-record by serving her clients on most challenging senior level searches. BPO grew into a full service search firm providing clients with senior level retained search, customized research projects and human resource consulting. In January 2007 BPO Executive Search & Consulting became a part of Boyden global executive search.

Tatiana has over 14 years of experience in executive search and consulting. Her portfolio includes primarily domestic and multinational firms in information technology, communications, retail, consumer durables industries, and manufacturing.

Tatiana was previously a head of HR services division of Intercomp Technologies, leading outsourcing company in the Russian market, and prior to that she used to work for Ward Howell International as a Senior Associate.

Tatiana holds an Executive MBA from the European Institute of International Management.
