Robert is a Managing Director in the Calgary office. He joined Boyden in 1996 bringing to the firm a diverse background in human resources expertise. He is responsible for the daily operations of the practice and has successfully created a strong team of professionals with equally impressive backgrounds and abilities as it pertains to search. Under Robert's direction, the Calgary office proudly boasts one of the most effective and well networked research functions within Canada's executive search community.

Robert's primary areas of focus include senior professionals through
executives in market sectors such as information systems and technology, telecommunications, consumer package goods, manufacturing, transportation and energy (oil, gas and electricity). Robert currently manages the search requirements for several Fortune 100 and 500 accounts and conducts search in both Canada and the United States. He is often involved with other Boyden
offices in the fulfillment of international mandates generated within
Boyden's global network.

Within the mentioned market sectors of experience, Robert has had success in both the management and operational sides of the business. Positions filled vary from board members to managers and directors of specialized teams. Examples of areas of experience include general management, finance, sales, marketing, operations, human resources and engineering.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Stetson University, DeLand, Florida.
