Peter has over 12 years of progressive experience from both the Canadian and Czech markets with a focus on acquisition of key talent. He also has 5 years of experience working in corporate recruitment and sales functions at leading technology consulting organizations in Toronto, Canada and the mobile operator Oskar/Vodafone in Prague, Czech Republic.

Peter brings over 8 years of experience as an executive search consultant where he has helped his clients fill hundreds of key positions both across Central Europe and Canada. He has executed assignments across a wide array of industries form IT and Telecommunications, through Automotive and General Manufacturing, to Industrial Automation and Financial Services.

At Oskar/Vodafone Peter has been working closely with the COO and BOD where in the span of 2 years he has personally executed the hiring of 2 board member VPs, more than 20 directors in various departments and numerous senior management and expert level positions across the entire business.

Peter also has extensive B2B sales experience where he has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of key clients in the search industry. In addition to that he also has sales and account management experience with a major systems integrator on the North-American market.

Master’s degree, in Economics and Management, Czech Technical University in Prague.
