After a 25 year professional career at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd., which includes international financing, commercial and investment banking inland and overseas, and seven years in Germany in the commercial/investment bank, Mr. Miyake joined Boyden global executive search.

Mr. Miyake's focus is mainly on the financial services industry area, but also includes various industrial fields, including manufacturing ( industrial machines, electronics, automobile/automotive, information technologies and tele-communication, chemical/chemical engineering, and consumer products, etc.) and services ( professional services including consulting, transportation, trade, and uniquely fashion/apparel/interior/creative industries ) in Japan.
Mr. Miyake is skilled in international business communications as a result of academic and practical positions at universities and leading businesses in Japan, Germany, and Sweden.

As an officially certified First Class Financial Planner in Japan, he has strong personal rapport with the financial/industrial circles. He has a Bachelor of Economics from National Yamamaguchi University, Japan, and the upper grade degree of Swedish from Royal Stockholm University, Sweden.

Mr. Miyake is fluent in English and has a good command of German and Swedish.
