Penny is a research team leader at Boyden Melbourne & Sydney. She adopts a targeted research methodology, which includes both a targeted market and broader network approach as well as talent mapping to identify potential candidates.
Penny began her career writing technical specifications for a variety of consumer product manufacturers. She then managed a commercial testing laboratory with a mandate to implement a quality management system in addition to developing new business. Her executive search career began at a privately owned executive search firm.
Penny completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management, and has gained accreditations from Myers Briggs and Thomas International. She has extensive experience in psychometric testing and assessments.
