Boyden has provided a suite of board related services to its clients for over 65 years.  During that time, our mission has remained constant:  Help our clients build stronger boards by assisting them with board assessment and evaluation, strategic director recruiting and rigorous succession planning.

With a focus on publicly held companies but a spectrum that includes private corporations, and not for profit entities, we have maintained an approach that is highly personal, client centric, responsive and creative.  Membership in our practice is the pinnacle of achievement in our firm and helping our clients add value to their businesses is our goal.
