Kerstin Roubin has been working in the executive search business for more than a decade. Her broad spectrum of clients includes blue-chip companies, medium sized and privately owned businesses. Kerstin has a university degree in economics and business, with a main focus on human resources & organizational planning.

She has the ability to handle complex, cross border executive search assignments simultaneously, and during the last 13 years has successfully completed high level international placements. Kerstin not only possesses the competence to draw top level candidates from specialized markets such as consumer, pharmaceutical, medical technology and biotechnical, but also for suppliers in the healthcare and FMCG industry. She is responsible for coordinating human resource projects and supports local offices to strengthen their position in the region. She uses her significant industry experience and pan European network capabilities to deliver the best possible candidates for her clients.
