Tina Szalay has a degree in international business with a focus on international organizational behavior, and on management in Central and Eastern Europe. During her studies at Vienna University Tina studied languages in Russia, the Ukraine and Hungary, and is fluent in Russian, English, French and German.

Tina has a solid professional background in executive search, and an in-depth knowledge of handling multinational search assignments in global construction, real estate, and related businesses. She is especially skilled in filling technical and commercial management positions and expert functions. As Senior Consultant she is responsible for building up the cleantech practice in the region, and has been very successful in channeling top talent into the new fields of environmental technology and renewable energy.
