A pioneering and unique firm, Boyden is the oldest and one of the largest privately owned search firms in the world, and Baltimore is instrumental to the firm’s growth and success. With fourteen professionals, the Baltimore office is one of the largest offices in the United States, filling a critical role in our worldwide organization.

• Aerospace, Defense & Intelligence: Boyden is one of the few global search firms with a dedicated practice to this sector, and the Baltimore office is perfectly positioned within the country’s premier corridor for defense contractors, intelligence agencies, and consulting firms. We have impeccable credentials and formidable resources, including our Defense Intelligence Aerospace Advisory Group (DIAAG)—comprised of national and global industry leaders—who provide discreet counsel and highly unusual networking resources.  
• Airports & Aviation: In addition to serving the multi-modal transportation industry, ship owners, mass transit systems, and seaports, Boyden Baltimore places particular emphasis on Airports and Aviation. Team members have had hands-on experience within the sector, leading airports or providing airport/aviation management counsel, and maintain close connections through active membership in and support of trade organizations regionally and globally.
• Financial Services - Insurance: Our Insurance team is an integral part of the Financial Services practice; the firm’s largest, with members in nearly all of our worldwide offices. Beyond their executive search expertise, each consultant brings insurance practioner experience and has unprecedented access to key players. From Actuarial to Underwriting, our Insurance team provides unparalleled depth and breadth to our clients in the insurance sector, enhancing our international Financial Services presence.
