BOYDEN NEW YORK NAMES KEN RICH AS MANAGING DIRECTOR

Top Global Executive Search Firm Deepens Financial/Professional Services Team

NEW YORK — Boyden, a global leader in executive search, has named Ken Rich as a Managing Director in its New York office, joining the firm's Financial Services Practice. In his new position, Mr. Rich will serve the financial and professional services and nonprofit sectors, as well as conduct searches for C-level, board of director, and infrastructure positions across several industries.

Prior to joining Boyden, Mr. Rich was a partner at two leading international executive search firms, including serving on one firm’s Board as well as Chairman of the Financial Services Practice. Mr. Rich has a broad business background, including experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions at companies such as GE Capital, Citibank, Kuhn, Loeb & Co. and Peat Marwick Mitchell. 

Mr. Rich holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a post graduate degree in accounting from New York University. He has served on the board of directors of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and was selected as one of North America’s top recruiters in the book “The New Career Makers.”
