Boyden Global Executive Search Selects Trina Gordon as President and CEO and Gerhard Raisig as Chairman

Top global executive search firm asserts its commitment to global growth, diversity and its unique culture of client service

NEW YORK, July 11, 2011 – Boyden, a global leader in executive search with more than 70 offices in over 40 countries, today announced that Boyden’s Board of Directors has selected Trina Gordon as the firm’s new President and Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Boyden World Corporation also elected Dr. Gerhard Raisig as Chairman.

The Board’s decision further extends Ms. Gordon’s leadership of Boyden, as the first woman to lead a top global executive search firm. Most recently, Ms. Gordon has served as Chairman of the Boyden World Corporation Board and Managing Director of the firm’s Chicago office. Dr. Raisig has served as a Board Member since 2005 and as Managing Partner of Boyden Germany since 1999. 

In selecting Ms. Gordon, the Board also recognized her ability to build the firm’s position in important global markets and for successfully leading the firm as Chairman during the most recent economic downturn.
