Pedro del Valle has over 20 years of experience in executive search at "C" level assignments. Clients include a broad range of industries from Consumer Goods Products/Services to Mining.

Before joining Boyden in 2005 he worked for 14 years in another international executive search firm serving clients in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.

Prior to entering executive search business, Mr. del Valle managed for ten years his own farming operation in Argentina and Uruguay, and also worked as consultant to clients in the farming industry in Argentina and Uruguay.

Previously he developed and managed a retail store chain oriented to tourism.

He joined Boyden in 2005.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Agribusiness from U.A.D.E. and an MDP from the IAE - IESE.

The practice areas he focuses on are Agribusiness, Consumer Products and Services, Energy, Financial Services, High Tech, Industrial, for all functional positions. He also participated in several assignments mergers & acquisitions.
