Welcome to the Boyden website for CEE/CIS. The management team of this region strongly believe that providing a seamless service throughout a territory ranging from Vienna to the Ural and from Warsaw to Istanbul we can substantially add value to the strategic recruitment needs of our clients.

When defining a region of Central and Eastern Europe we are totally aware of the significant heterogeneity of this territory in terms of history, cultures, languages, demography economy and in many more aspects. However our long term experience both with multinationals as well local corporations proves how important it is for our clients to have a service partner that is able to respond to their requirements across the region and beyond. We firmly believe that quality in executive search can only be assured by proving both local expertise as a deep understanding of the particular business of the client and candidates and have shaped our operations accordingly.
